When logging in to the mobile application, users must enter their username and password and create a PIN code.
To set up a PIN code:
Open the Thread application
Enter the username and password and select Login
Users are prompted to enter a 6-digit PIN code
The PIN code is used when opening the application in the future and after navigating away from the application.
A message stating, “Your PIN Setup is Complete! From now on, you can use this code to access Thread” will prompt to confirm the PIN code has been set up
To reset PIN codes:
Click Forgot PIN
Enter the username and password in the login screen
Enter a new PIN code, as directed on the screen
