Programs are under "Private" and "Public" tabs on top of Thread’s main screen. 


To archive a program:

  1. Navigate to the Private or Public list of programs.
  2. Locate the program to be archived and tap the overflow menu (...) next to the program. 
  3. On the resulting menu, tap Archive
  4. Choose an archive category of Mastered, On Hold, or Discontinued. The program will be moved to the archives with its category noted under the program name.

Please note, archive categories were introduced with Thread version 1.2. Programs archived in earlier versions will default to category "On Hold". To change the category, follow the steps below for “How to Unarchive…”, then re-archive it with another category. 

How to Unarchive (and then view) a Program

An archived program must be unarchived to allow viewing.

To unarchive a program:

  1. Tap the book icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Scroll down the left column to select Archived Programs.
  3. Tap the student’s name under which the program is archived.
  4. Locate the desired archived program and tap Unarchive
  5. Tap Save to return to the active programs list.
  6. Locate the program that has just been unarchived, and tap its name to view the contents.

How to Print or Export an Archived Program’s Chart

To print or export an archived program's chart:

  1. Tap the book icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Scroll down the left column to select Archived Programs.
  3. Locate the desired archived program and tap Print
  4. Make printer selections and tap print, or access the export (share) feature by pinching outward on the chart preview to expand it.
