Admins can edit organization settings for supervisors and instructors using the “Organization Settings” on the left-hand side panel.

The “Organization Settings” are split into five sections:

  • Subscriptions & Curriculum: view billing information and select access to free or paid Curriculum Libraries.

  • Clinical Alerts: customize clinical alerts for instructors and temporarily “lock” programs.

  • Program Creation: select program defaults when supervisors and instructors create new programs.

    • For example, a program can default to a prompting style or a mastery criterion

  • Prompting: select the default prompt hierarchy for the organization.

  • Workflow: customize user actions and the data display to include graphing frequency counts of zero, graphing automatically overnight un-graphed trial data, and date display for charts.
