You will no longer be able to view (Student’s) data. To undo this action, you must contact Thread Support.” Users can choose to "Cancel" or "Deactivate."

For a list of instructors working with the student, visit the reports portal at app.threadlearning.com. There, users can login with their usual Thread credentials to view reports for the team. The first image is a list of students, and under each student’s name is a list of their instructors.

Once a student is completely deactivated, their reports will remain available on the reports portal.
